HomeWork is a consultancy that integrates energy work, interior and landscape design, astrology, Human Design, and body awareness to help you create spaces and experiences that truly support who you are. Whether you're focusing on your home, office, garden, or your own energy system, I can help you align your environment and your personal well-being, so it feels both nurturing and authentic to you.
I currently offer two main types of guidance. With over 25 years of study in embodiment practices, energy work, and design, my approach is creative, grounded, and deeply respectful of the lineages that inform this work. 1. Space Consultations (Home & Land)
These are in-person or virtual sessions designed to help you transform your physical space, indoors or outdoors. These sessions are customized and based on a sliding scale, so please email me or use the contact form to discuss.
Each session includes four parts:
Intake Questionnaire: You’ll fill this out before we meet to share details about your space and your intentions.
Consultation: We’ll meet (online or in-person) to walk through your space and discuss intuitive and practical adjustments.
Follow-Up Guide: I’ll send you a personalized document with insights, recommendations, and resources. You’ll also receive a bit of “HomeWork” which are gentle practices or actions to support lasting change and deeper alignment.
Integration Check-In: About three weeks later, we’ll connect for a follow-up call to see how things are landing and evolving.
2. Chart Readings (Human Design & Medical Astrology)
These readings are designed to support your overall wellness by exploring the connection between your energetic blueprint and your physical body. Using Human Design and medical astrology, I create personalized reports that offer practical, embodied tools for greater alignment and vitality. Visit the Store to purchase the reports.
Here’s how it works:
Intake Form: You’ll share your birth details, current questions, and any areas where you're seeking support (physically, emotionally, or energetically).
Written Report: Within one week, you’ll receive a detailed, easy-to-understand PDF with insights from your charts, personalized wellness exercises, and suggestions for energy alignment.
HomeWork: You’ll get custom practices, such as breathwork, movement, or gentle lifestyle shifts, to help you begin integrating these insights into your daily life.
About Amy
As a creator, producer, gardener, seeker, and energy worker, I have a diverse set of passions and interests. I grew up in the south suburbs of Chicago, and even though I've lived in the Pacific Northwest for over 20 years, my accent still gives away my roots. In college, I studied Media Production, which launched my career in organizing and producing projects in video, animation, and theater. I've worked with a variety of clients, including Planned Parenthood, Conservation International, Nike Sustainability, Focus Features, Cartoon Network, Rusty and Theo Grim, and my own theater company, Atomic Arts. After years of working in the industry, I traded my desk for a garden, embracing a career as the Garden/Landscape Lead at a resort in the Pacific Northwest that allows me to nurture plants and connect with the natural world.
I've been studying movement and energy work practices for over 25 years. Even though I've invested years in learning, moving my body, and working through personal challenges, I know there's always more to explore and understand.
I recognize the significance of the indigenous tribes and bands of the Puget Sound region, such as the Squaxin Island Tribe and Skokomish Tribe, where I live and practice, and strive to show respect and cultural awareness.
Giving back is a fundamental aspect of my work. I believe in supporting my local community and ecological organizations. Volunteering and contributing to these causes is a priority for me. Additionally, I donate sessions to nonprofit organizations to assist in raising funds for their foundations. I was having trouble with my new car. It seemed to attract negative energy to it wherever I went. Side swipes, flat tires, near accidents, etc. It was too many bad things all at once, so I asked Amy for help. She used her amazing talents to “clear” my car. She began by burning some amazing earthy-scented incense of cedar and sandalwood! She gave the inside of the car a good thorough clearing and then sealed the whole car with Reiki for protection.
